Terms and Conditions – 92 Cocoa Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and 92 Cocoa ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 92 Cocoa website and all services offered through it, including sports betting, live casino, crash games, esports betting, and any other products made available at 92cocoa.net.

By registering an account on 92 Cocoa, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue using the 92 Cocoa platform.

2. Account Registration

To use any paid feature of 92 Cocoa, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must register a member account. Registration is free of charge.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 92 Cocoa strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under 18. If we have reason to believe that a member is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance forfeited pending investigation.
• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on 92 Cocoa. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses or mobile numbers — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 92 Cocoa will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account registration is currently available to residents of Pakistan. 92 Cocoa reserves the right to restrict registration from specific regions at any time.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

92 Cocoa operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to protect our members. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawals exceed certain thresholds.

• You may be asked to provide a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) or other government-issued identification document.
• Proof of your registered payment method (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your registered mobile number) may be requested.
• 92 Cocoa processes all KYC documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
• If your submitted documents cannot be verified, or if there is reason to believe that documents are fraudulent, 92 Cocoa reserves the right to close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 92 Cocoa are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are accepted:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• 92 Cocoa does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your 92 Cocoa wallet within the expected timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
• 92 Cocoa reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, in particular if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 92 Cocoa account are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for requests submitted before 9:00 PM PKT. Requests submitted after 9:00 PM PKT will be processed the following business day.
• VIP tier members benefit from priority withdrawal processing, with most requests completed within 1 hour.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements being fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• 92 Cocoa does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may charge fees for receiving transfers — please check with your provider.
• In cases where a refund is required (such as a duplicate deposit), refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

92 Cocoa offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Welcome Bonus: New members who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus. Specific percentage, maximum amount and eligible payment methods are detailed on the promotions page at the time of registration.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Qualifying Games and Bet Types: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets at odds of 1.5 or higher contribute 100%. Casino slots contribute 100%. Live casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) contribute at a reduced rate of 10%. Crash games including Aviator contribute 50%. Full contribution rates are published in the bonus-specific terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus amounts expire automatically after this period.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing bets designed to exploit bonus terms — including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, betting on all outcomes or otherwise attempting to guarantee profit from bonus funds — is considered bonus abuse and will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided and, in severe cases, the account being permanently closed.
• Referral Bonuses: Referral bonuses paid under the Refer a Friend programme are credited as cash and do not carry wagering requirements attached to the referral reward itself. The referred friend's welcome bonus, however, is subject to standard wagering requirements.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on 92 Cocoa. Product-specific rules for cricket, football, and esports markets are published separately within the respective sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the 92 Cocoa system. You cannot cancel, amend or reverse a bet after it has been accepted.
• 92 Cocoa reserves the right to correct obvious errors in published odds before a bet is confirmed. If odds are incorrect due to a technical or human error and a bet has already been accepted, 92 Cocoa may void the bet and return the stake to your account.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned or otherwise does not reach its natural conclusion, affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are published in the relevant section.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match. Bets accepted before a suspension are not affected by the suspension. Any bets placed while a market is suspended are automatically voided.
• Accumulator bets that include a void selection will have the voided leg removed and the remaining selections treated as a new accumulator at the adjusted combined odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets on 92 Cocoa. Limits are shown during the bet placement process. 92 Cocoa reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual members at any time without prior notice.
• Results are determined using data from official governing bodies and recognised sports data providers. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, 92 Cocoa's determination based on official data is final.

8. Casino and Games Rules

The following general rules apply to all casino and game products on 92 Cocoa, including live casino, slot games, crash games (including Aviator) and virtual games.

• All casino games on 92 Cocoa use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from licensed game providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and are accessible within the game's information section.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a casino game, 92 Cocoa will use game logs to determine the outcome. If the system cannot determine a clear outcome, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Crash game results (including Aviator) are determined by the game provider's certified algorithm. 92 Cocoa has no ability to influence crash game multipliers or outcomes. All results are independently audited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92 Cocoa. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance, with potential referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account per person, household or device.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods to deposit funds.
• Match fixing, spot fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets.
• Collusion between multiple accounts to exploit bonus terms or generate artificial turnover.
• Using automated tools, bots or third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the 92 Cocoa platform, its systems or data.
• Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to access or use your 92 Cocoa account.
• Any form of money laundering or using 92 Cocoa to process funds obtained through illegal activity.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

92 Cocoa may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of the Terms set out in this document.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or match fixing activity.
• At the member's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion.
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

When an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. When an account is closed for other reasons (such as inactivity or at the member's request), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding charges.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92 Cocoa platform — including but not limited to the 92 Cocoa brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data and game content — is owned by or licensed to 92 Cocoa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 92 Cocoa solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any content on 92 Cocoa without prior written permission.
• The 92 Cocoa name and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation without explicit written consent from 92 Cocoa.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

92 Cocoa collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

13. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 48-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Loss Limits: Members can set limits on how much they are willing to lose within a defined period. These limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a 48-hour waiting period.

14. Limitation of Liability

• 92 Cocoa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the platform.
• 92 Cocoa is not responsible for any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment network failures, regulatory changes or force majeure events.
• 92 Cocoa makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be undertaken without notice.
• Betting and gaming involve risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the money you deposit and bet, and that this is an inherent and accepted risk of using the platform.

15. Changes to These Terms

92 Cocoa reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified via email to their registered address and/or by a notice displayed on the platform when they next log in.

Continued use of the 92 Cocoa platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
